  • Honey from conifers and herbs (Pine honey)

    Honey from coniferous trees and herbs “Sikea Land” is collected in one of the rare Cretan pine forests, the Selakanos forest, which is included in the Natura 2000 programme. It is located at an altitude of 1100 meters. The combination of pine trees with cypresses, primroses, maples and other native shrubs, give us a unique quality and taste of honey.

  • Honey heather

    Heather honey belongs to the top and particularly rare varieties of honey of Greek nature. The autumnal chicory honey has an almost bronze colour, a very intense aroma with notes of caramel and a sub-bitter taste. We get it from heather, a shrub with purple flowers that blooms in autumn. It is the plant that supplies bees with the last pollen before winter.

  • Olive oil

    The relationship of Crete and especially Sitia with olive oil dates back to ancient times.The Mediterranean climate combined with the particular morphology of the soil of the region gives us an olive oil of excellent quality and taste, unique in its kind. Since 1993, Sitia olive oil is included in the olive oils with protected designation of origin (PDO).
