Pollen

Pollen is the substance that bees collect from the flowers of various plants and carry it to their hives, where it is stored. It contains a wealth of nutrients and is the main source of food for bees.
Bee pollen, known as ‘food of the gods’, has a history going back more than 5000 years. Ancient civilisations described it as ‘the food that gives life’ and used it as a tonic.
